Imported products may carry packaging intended for another market. Minor packaging differences do not necessarily mean that the product is different or defective.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions and availability may change without notice. Placing an item in the shopping cart does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, partial fulfilment or refund.

ORDERS

Receiving an order confirmation does not always mean that an order has been finally accepted.

PureDerma may cancel or limit an order if:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• Payment cannot be verified
• The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
• The customer has repeatedly refused confirmed Cash on Delivery orders

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded.

PAYMENTS

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include Cash on Delivery and electronic payment options.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PureDerma is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or third-party payment providers.

SHIPPING

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees because courier delays, weather, public holidays, security conditions and remote-area restrictions may affect delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and stock availability.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed
• Promotional gifts have no cash value
• Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after applicable discounts
